REFUND POLICY

We want you to buy with confidence — and we also protect the integrity of a digital product that can be consumed in full. Our policy balances both:

30-day refund window. If the course isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

How to request: email info@saoperationsblueprint.com from the address you purchased with, with the subject "Refund request." No explanation is required, though feedback is always welcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5 days of the request, returned to your original payment method; depending on your bank, funds typically arrive within 5–10 working days.

After 30 days, or once more than 20% of the course has been accessed, purchases are non-refundable. Course progress is recorded by our platform and is the reference in any assessment.

Digital content notice. By purchasing, you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that, beyond the terms above, statutory cancellation rights for digital content are waived once access begins — as permitted under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you hold under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
